Our woodland forge is designed exclusively for recreational purposes, meaning you cannot wager, win, or lose real money while playing in our club. We encourage all artisans to take regular breaks, manage their screen time, and remember that success in our simulated games does not imply future success in real-money gambling. 1. Welcome to the Forge

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Maplecoin Club. By accessing our site and playing our simulated games, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please exit the foundry immediately.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to The Maplecoin Club is restricted to individuals of legal age. You must be at least 19 years old to play in most Canadian provinces, or 18+ if accessing from Alberta, Manitoba, or Quebec. We do not permit minors in the forge.

3. The Nature of Ember-Leaves

Ember-Leaves are a purely virtual currency used exclusively for entertainment within The Maplecoin Club. They hold zero real-world value, cannot be withdrawn, sold, or exchanged for fiat currency or goods. They are simply a tool to enjoy Forge Reels, Canopy Cascade, and Truffle Hunt.

4. Strictly No Real-Money Gaming

The Maplecoin Club is a 100% free social casino. There are no deposits, no in-app purchases, and no real-money winnings. Success in our games does not reflect or guarantee future success in real-money gambling environments.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within The Maplecoin Club, including the character Barnaby the Badger, the mechanics of Truffle Hunt, and all artwork, is the exclusive intellectual property of Maple Root Entertainment Ltd. You may not copy or distribute our digital assets.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Maplecoin Club is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any interruptions in service, loss of your Ember-Leaves balance due to browser closure, or any damages arising from your use of our free platform. Play is at your own recreational risk.

7. Fair Play in the Guild

We expect all visitors to use the site fairly. The use of automated bots, exploit scripts, or attempts to hack the mechanics of Canopy Cascade or Forge Reels is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban from the foundry.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes regarding The Maplecoin Club shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Ontario courts.
